The Perfect Putdown® Premium Carpet and Flooring Adhesive is designed for the installation of most carpet and mineral felt backed, fiber backed, and paperbacked resilient sheet goods. Recommended for use with most common carpet backings, and made for easy spreading. The Perfect Putdown® provides 20 to 40 minutes working time. It also provides the strong initial tack required for hard-to-bond backings. Use for installations over freshly poured concrete with a vapor barrier in place, with Moisture Vapor Emission Rates (MVER) up to 8 lbs. per 1,000 sq. ft. (3.63 kg/93 m²) per 24 hours and relative humidity up to 86%.
