Trinamic Motor Driver IC SO-28

Controller for up to three stepper motors, full step frequencies up to 20 kHz. Evaluation-Kit, consisting of microprocessor, PC interface with software, documentation. Diagnostic functions (short circuit, excess temperature, advanced excess temperature warning, open load). The TMC236 is integrating an efficient MOSFET end level with low power consumption and heat production for currents up to 1.5 A. The TMC239 offers a simple connection of external MOSFETs (4*P-MOS + 4*N-MOS).
