The True one section reach in heated holding cabinet provides stable holding temperatures for baked or cooked food between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Equipped with low-velocity fans to assure even temperature distribution throughout the cabinet. Fans are controlled by exterior on/off switch. Two (2) stainless steel 1000 watt finned tube heating elements per section for uniform generation of electric heat. Cabinet comes with a total of 2000 watts.
