Unbranded 5/8 in. x 10 ft. 26-Gauge Galvalume Steel Z Bar Flashing

Galvalume Steel Z-Flashing is made from professional grade 26-Gauge galvanized steel, plated with a zinc-aluminum alloy and an acrylic coating. Galvalume has 2-4 times the life span of traditional galvanized steel. Z-Flashing is is used to protect the horizontal joints between sheets of siding from water infiltration. The large leg of the metal goes against the wall, leaving the seat and face covering the top edge of the siding. The seat dimension, 5/8 in., corresponds to the siding thickness.
