Unbranded 5/8 in. Plain E-Clip

These E-clips or retaining rings fit in a machined groove in a shaft to secure items. A stamped spring metal clip with three prongs, give this ring its "E" shape. The E-clip fits in a groove on the metal shaft assembly. The three internal prongs on the clip make contact with the bottom of the groove providing the locking feature.
