The Univex 8713M manual premium slicer has a hollow, 13-inch blade that is covered by the edge guard. To help various applications, the manual slice thickness knob adjusts the cuts of the device from 0 to 7⁄8 inch. Its sanitary, polished aluminum construction and ergonomic nature make operation and cleaning simpler. The drip tray fence redirects liquids away from the controls and the operator to a concave foundation, while the 3-inch legs provide plenty of space under the slicer for a smooth surface that can be used.
