The Univex 8713S PremiumTM Series automatic slicer has variable controls. To adjust the speed and thickness of the slice, It can be as thick as 0.875 inch, and the pace can be adjusted from 21 to 47 strokes per minute. This slicer has two modes of operation—automatic and manual—and a sharp, 13-inch diameter blade that can be honed with an integrated sharpener.
