USP 3-in 14-Gauge Steel Holdown

Reduces eccentricity in studs or posts with decreased centerline dimension. No thru-bolts to countersink. Place the holdown over the anchor bolt; no washer is required. Installs with 14 WS3 wood screws that are included and one 5/8-in anchor bolt not included. May be installed off sill plate with no load reduction. Made of 14 gauge steel with G90 galvanizing finish. Not for use with treated lumber.
