This is a plain simple solid beautiful soft-white cement tile, pre-sealed with water-based penetrating sealant. Can be combined with black or other solid colors to create multiple effects or used as border around a pattern for an elegant rug effect. SOLD BY BOX of 16 tiles, 6.96SF. Overage of at least 10% highly recommended. ALL TILES MUST BE SEALED BEFORE AND AFTER GROUTING. Light/ neutral unsanded grout color recommended. NOTE: Dark grout has high risk of staining tiles, please contact Villa Lagoon Tile for consultation if dark grout must be used.
