Wholesale Solar’s 14kW Home Backup generator package includes the essential components for adding a standby generator to back up critical appliances in your home. In addition to Kohler’s 14RESA generator this kit includes the maintenance kit, heaters, OnCue monitoring, and an RXT 100 amp outdoor-rated transfer switch with built-in load center. Starter battery is not included, requires one 12v group 51 automotive starter battery.The RXT 100 amp transfer switch is designed to back up your home’s essential appliances such as the well pump, fridge, lighting, and heating. This transfer switch only powers the essential loads during an outage, it does not back up your entire service panel. The 14RESA generator and RXT transfer switch work together for seamless, automatic backup power during the event of a power outage making sure you are never left in the dark.
