River Pass Layout Kit includes the materials needed to build a lightweight SubTerrain layout base. Risers and inclines create hills, mountains and low-lying areas. Foam sheets make flat, elevated areas for towns and buildings and profile boards form perimeters. Build up the terrain with newspaper wads and plaster cloth to make mountains, plains and other hard shell terrain features. Savings is 20 percent over items purchased separately. The sturdy, completed layout needs no plywood base or additional structural support.
