The XRAY X4 2022 1/10 Electric Touring Car Aluminum "Solid" Chassis Kit is the next generation of the X4 touring car platform. This updated touring car chassis comes in three different options to best suite your track conditions and driving style. The features include Carbon Fiber Fusion (CFF) upper and lower suspension arms, CFF mounted suspension components, updated hubs, aluminum shock towers with multiple mounting positions and much more. The Chassis: The chassis material and design plays a large part in the flex characteristics of the chassis. This 2.0mm aluminum "Solid" chassis is CNC machined from 7075 T6 aluminum, given a black anodize coating then laser engraved. This chassis is best for high traction surfaces and lacks cutouts compared to the "Flex" chassis. The lack of cutouts improves stiffness needed on very high bite tracks.
