With the SA2200, Yamaha has achieved perfection in the semi-acoustic guitars. A solid wood block runs through the body to improve sustain and feedback, thus giving the instrument a considerable capacity to reproduce all the sounds, from jazz to snap plus aggressive. The performance power of this guitar is guaranteed by the two Alnico V humbuckers whose coils can be used in split mode, acting on the tone knobs, to add the typical sound of single-coil and to have the sound combinations obtainable through the pickup selector in three positions. To all this we add the appearance pleasant of the figured maple body and of the keyboard in ebony that make this instrument irresistible.
