Fixes a condition that causes the panic “u_seg_vop_remove: seg not found” in
vop.
Fixes a problem in which a duplicate IP address might be configured on the system
or an IP address might be configured with an incorrect netmask.
Extension of UFS file systems via the mount command can effectively disable use
of the file system. Additionally, on some LSM based systems a panic can occur
after a file system extension has been completed.
