Add a Push to Talk Contact
After initializing PTT, you must add individuals or groups to your PTT
contact list before you can place a PTT call. Individuals and group
members must have a PTT capable Cingular device, and subscribe to
the Cingular PTT service.
When you add a Push to Talk contact, you invite the contact to join your
contact list. The contact can accept, decline, or defer your invitation.
