SPECIFICATIONS
The wideband infrared stetho receiver
shall be capable of receiving on a carrier
frequency of 2.3 MHz. The receiver shall
provide mono audio output and shall
include a volume control with an integral
On/Off power switch. The volume control
shall be easy to access for fingertip
control. The audio frequency response
shall range from 18 Hz to 18 kHz,
achieving a maximum sound pressure
level of 125 dB and less than 1% THD at
1 kHz with a S/N ratio of 70dBA.
The receiver shall include a rechargeable
NiMH battery providing 6 hours of
operating time at full charge.
The weight including the battery shall not
exceed 1.6oz (45g). The battery shall be
Sennheiser BA 151, the receiver shall be
Sennheiser RI 150.
The RI 150 is an extremely lightweight
wideband infrared receiver. It uses the
carrier frequency 2.3 MHz and thus offers
excellent transmission reliability. The receiver
features an easy to operate on/off/volume
control and is powered by the BA 151
rechargeable NiMH battery.
