CAUTION: If you do not specify the -template and/or -service arguments, srp deletes all
templates and/or services for the compartment. For example, the command srp -delete mySRP
deletes the entire mySRP SRP compartment.
13.4 Displaying Help Text and Input Parameters
Use the following command to display srp help text and information about input parameters:
srp -h[elp] [-v[erbose] [-t template[,template]...] [-s
service[,service]...]
Where:
-verbose
Displays verbose (detailed) help text.
template
Specifies the template for which you want to display parameters. If you specify
multiple templates, srp processes each template in the order specified.
Valid Input: base, apache, tomcat, custom, oracledb, sshd.
Default: base.
service
Specifies the service for which you want to display parameters.
If you specify multiple services, srp processes each service for each template in the
order specified.
Table 11.1 lists the services valid for each template.
Default: The default services that are valid for the template. The factory configured
default services are: admin, cmpt, init, login, network, and prm. You can
configure an alternate set of default services using the srp_setup utility, as
described in 2 Setting Up an SRP.
13.5 Listing Information About SRP Compartments
Use the following command to list the names of the SRP compartments configured on the system, and
the templates and services configured for each compartment.
srp -l[ist] [compartment_name]
Where:
compartment_name
Specifies the name of an existing SRP compartment. If you do not specify
a compartment name, srp displays information about all compartments
configured on the system.
13.6 Displaying status of SRP Compartments
Use the srp status command to display a status summary for SRP compartments:
srp status [[srp_name] [-verbose|-xmloutput[]]
The srp status command has the following display options:
–v
Displays a verbose status summary for all SRPs
srp_name
Displays a status summary for
srp_name
.
srp_name -v
Displays a verbose status summary for
srp_name.
Use the srp status xmloutput command to display the output in XML.
