The Insight Orchestration tool cannot be displayed.
Problem:

Suggested action Upgrade to the latest Adobe Flash Player, available at http://get.adobe.com/
flashplayer. Then restart the browser, and browse to Systems Insight Manager and the Insight
Orchestration console.
ioexec operations fail for logical servers with Server Recovery set to "Any"
An "Operation failed" error message is displayed when the ioexec command is used to query
a logical server for which Server Recovery was set to "Any" in the Designer for the service
template. The error occurs in the “get service,” "get logicalserver,” “get logicalservergroup,” and
“find logicalserver” operations using the default output mode.
Suggested action Select either "Recoverable" or "Not Recoverable" for Server Recovery in the
Designer, or use the ioexec raw output mode.
ioexec virtual machine provisioning fails during service creation when host name and
service name exceed character limits
If you use the ioexec command to create a new service, virtual machine provisioning failures
can occur if the server host name exceeds 13 characters, or the service name exceeds 16 characters.
Suggested action Enter a host name that is 13 or fewer characters, and a service name that is
16 or fewer characters.
HP Insight Rapid Deployment software name changed to HP Insight Control server
deployment
HP Insight Control server deployment was previously known as HP Insight Rapid Deployment
software and was also referred to by the acronym RDP. Both previous names appear in the
Insight Orchestration application and associated help topics. These old names will be replaced
in future versions.
Suggested action Note the name change when using the Insight Orchestration application and
associated help topics.
HP Integrity VM Manager
Major issues
Online migration of a VM fails if modifications were made to the VM that still require a reboot
When you use VM Manager to modify a virtual machine, some changes might be held pending
until the virtual machine is rebooted (for example, changes to memory, vCPU count, and I/O
devices). If you try to migrate the virtual machine online while it is in this pending state, the
migration fails.
This issue affects VM Manager on Systems Insight Manager and HP SMH Standalone.
Suggested action 1 Reboot the virtual machine to apply the memory entitlement changes, then
retry the migrate operation.
Suggested action 2 Discard the pending memory entitlement changes by executing the following
command on the VM Host:
/opt/hpvm/bin/hpvmmodify -U -P <VM Name>
Then retry the migrate operation.
