8. Set the Rendering Intent.
◆ Render Intent - controls the render intent of the profile
(not just the Black curve):
Perceptual - good for photographic images, compresses
the gamut and shifts all colors into the printable gamut.
Saturation - good for charts and business graphics, main-
tains the original image color saturation.
Relative Colorimetric - remaps out-of-gamut colors to the
closest printable color, without affecting other in-gamut
colors.
Absolute Colorimetric - remaps colors while preserving
image brightness.
