If the CLI version did not match the Device Manager server version, the GetPoolShrinkStatus
command failed with the KAIC90083-E error.

When a column including multiple values was selected for sorting, and then the order of the
columns was switched around or the columns were switched from being either displayed or not

When selecting a smart pool from the THP Pools tree, external parity groups are not displayed
in the Parity Groups tab and external pool volumes are not displayed in the THP Pool Vols tab.
When creating volumes, the number of volumes shown in the Plan Summary in the plan confirmation
dialog box might have differed from the number of volumes that were actually created.
The characters below could not be used when editing a volume label in the Device Manager GUI.

Registering Linux hosts with 16 or more CPU cores and AIX hosts with 17 or more CPUs by using
Host Data Collector launched from the Add Host dialog box in the Device Manager GUI generated
the KAIC15001-E message.
When P9500 had Smart Tiers Software Pool for Mainframe, an operation generated the
KAIC16993-E message on the Device Manager GUI.
Important considerations
Windows machine with Host Data Collector installed
In a Windows machine, if the recovery is performed by using a backup and recovery product, the
Host Data Collector services do not start.
Do not use a backup and recovery program product in a Windows machine with Host Data Collector
installed.
Creating volumes
In the Create Volumes dialog box, the subscription limit of the pool is not checked when the create
volumes task is registered if the following conditions are met:
The Create Volumes dialog box is launched after a pool is selected.
Either of the following pools exist in the storage system.
The subscription limit is set larger than the subscription limit of the selected pool.
The subscription limit is not configured.
The create volumes task that was registered with the above conditions generates the KAIC06299-E
storage system error.
