HP Matrix Operating Environment 7.3 Update 1 Installation and Configuration Guide for Provisioning with Virtual Resources

Installation errors
If there were errors during the installation, they are indicated on the Installation Status screen.
Click Next to bring up the Installation finished with errors! screen.
1. Click View the installation log file to review the errors.
2. Click Close to exit the Insight Management Installer.
3. Resolve the errors and rerun the Insight Management Installer to install the components that
encountered the errors.
NOTE: You may optionally run the Insight Management Advisor after the installation to verify
the post-install status of the components. The post installation Insight Management Advisor might
list a warning: The SQL browser service "SQLBrowser" is not running. To resolve
this message, go to Windows Services to start the SQL Server Browser service.
Installing Matrix OE patches
HP might periodically release required updates or hotfixes. Before proceeding, visit the Matrix OE
website to download and install any relevant updates. Such updates contain detailed instructions
regarding their installation.
Post-release updates are located on the Matrix OE website at http://www.hp.com/go/matrixoe.
NOTE: You will notice, from this point onward, that an internet browser session that opens a
secure page on the CMS produces a security warning, such as "There is a problem with web site's
security certificate." This is normal behavior for a self-signed web site certificate generated on a
newly installed server. You can register the certificate in question with a locally trusted Certificate
Authority or choose to trust the certificate implicitly. These operations are browser and site specific.
