When the Metrocluster 3PAR package fails over to different datacenter, the Metrocluster
reverses the role of Remote Copy volume group and starts the volume group. The volume
group fails to start when the volumes in the volume group are of large size.

The cmapplyconf or cmcheckconf command fails when the name of the Remote Copy
volume group specified in the Metrocluter 3PAR package configuration file is a substring of
one of its Remote Copy virtual volume name.

The echo keyword was missing in the setupMC3PARpasswdfile utility and hence the
messages that were executed results in the “command not found" failure.

The following is a known issue with Serviceguard for Linux version A.11.20.20 which impacts the
Metrocluster Cluster verification feature:

The cmcheckconf -v command does not displays the warning messages during the package
verification.
