characters
The INTCHAR or NOINTCHAR SYSGEN modifiers determine whether or
not the controller checks for interrupt characters. You can
change the default value established at SYSGEN time with a
SETMODE 14 procedure call. For ATP6100 subdevices, you can
change this default value by including the INTTERM attribute in a
CMI ALTER SU command. Disabling interrupt checking also disables
ENQ/ACK flow control and terminal power-on sequence monitoring.
SETMODE 9 allows an application to redefine the interrupt
characters. For ATP6100 subdevices, you can redefine interrupt
characters by including the INTCHAR attribute in a CMI ALTER SU
command. ATP6100 and TERMPROCESS always notify the application
process upon receipt of application-defined interrupt characters.
Line-Configuration Characteristics
ATP6100 and TERMPROCESS have similar line-configuration capabili-
ties. Table 2-7 lists the parameters and tells how to change
each one. Some of the parameters are discussed in detail below.
