Select Ventilation displays and alarm message when it
detects an actuator jam.
Minimum set point
The actuator will close completely when the temperature is
below this value.
Minimum position 
The actuator is at this position when the temperature is
between the minimum and stage 1 set points.
Stage 1 set point
When the temperature is at this value, the actuator starts
opening for stage 1.
Stage 1 differential 
When the temperature is at this value, the actuator is at the
stage 1 position.
Stage 1 position 
When the temperature is at the differential value, the
actuator is at this position.
Stage 2 set point
When the temperature is at this value, the actuator starts
opening for stage 2.
Stage 2 differential 
When the temperature is at this value, the actuator is at the
stage 2 position.
