If your system does not boot, and the screen displays an error message "BOOT: Couldn't
find NTLDR," remove the Windows NT CD-ROM from the drive and reboot the system
again.

1. Add the NIC driver.
2. View Binding.
3. Change IP Address to proper number.

It is recommended to complete the installation with the default IP address and change it

Tip #6: Installing SBS 4.5 on the E 800
HP recommends you use the automated installation procedure with the HP Navigator
CD-ROM as listed on the document.
NOTE:: Installation by booting from SBS 4.5 CD-ROM media is not supported.
Problem: SBS 4.5 has a ATI driver which does not work properly during the GUI
portion of the Setup program. The system displays multiple color boxes with unreadable
information.
Solution: Modify the unattended control file WINNT.SIF on diskette #2 to program the
ATI driver for VGA resolution.
After installation completes follow normal NT procedure to install the ATI video driver
created from the HP NetServer Navigator CD-ROM.
Steps to update SBS 4.5 diskette #2
1. Make a copy of SBS 4.5 diskette #2. Label it New Diskette #2.
2. Remove the “read-only” attribute from the WINNT.SIF file (Attrib –R WINNT.SIF)
3. Use the Notepad or any text editor to open WINNT.SIF on the copy diskette.
