Digital Certificates

Creating a Self-Signed Certificate. To create a new self-signed certifi-

cate, complete these steps:

1. On the Certificates Wizard Welcome screen, in the Select a certificate

operation section, select Create a new certificate.

2. Click the Next button. The screen shown in Figure 2-103 is displayed.

3. In the Select a certificate operation section, select Generate a self-signed

certificate.
